These SMS Terms govern the text message notification program (the "Program") called Sermon.tv text alerts, a service of Together Technologies, Inc. ("Together", "we", "us"), the company that operates sermon.tv and togethertech.app. Messages are sent from one U.S. toll-free number, (866) 580-8777, and begin with "Sermon.tv:". By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

We send recurring automated text messages to people who opt in. Messages relate to the ministries you follow on sermon.tv and may include live service alerts, notifications when a new sermon is posted, ministry reminders (such as service times, prayer meetings and volunteer schedules), event reminders and changes, and occasional announcements from those ministries. We do not send donation requests or third-party marketing by text.

2. How to opt in

Only the owner of a mobile number can opt it in. Ministries cannot add or upload numbers. You can opt in any of these ways, as shown on our opt-in page:

On sermon.tv: in your account's Text alerts settings, enter your mobile number, confirm it with the one-time code we text to you, check the consent box, and choose the ministries you want alerts from.
By text: text JOIN followed by a ministry's code (for example, JOIN GRACE) to the Sermon.tv alerts number shown by that ministry.
By QR code: scan a ministry's Sermon.tv alerts QR code. It opens your messaging app with the JOIN message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Every opt-in is followed by a confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the ministries you follow and their activity — for example, live services and new sermon postings.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Together does not charge you for the Program; charges from your mobile carrier for messages you receive are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.

5. Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any Program message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending Program messages to that number. Because a single number serves all ministries, replying STOP unsubscribes you from all sermon.tv text messages. To stop texts from just one ministry, reply LEAVE followed by its code (for example, LEAVE GRACE) or use the Text alerts settings in your sermon.tv account. Reply LIST to see which ministries text you. Reply START to resume after STOP.

6. Help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any Program message or contact us at support@togethertech.app. Replying HELP returns program information and support contact details.

7. Supported carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Mobile information collected for the Program (including your phone number and opt-in status) is used only to deliver the Program. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) to transmit the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
